My father owned the Wendelin Grimm Farm in Carver County from 1937 to 1958 and I lived there until I was 17 years old. The rock marking his accomplishments in the front yard was a neat place to play as a child. I remember the reunion in the 50's which drew his relatives and also I attended the Grand Opening after the Park did the restoration of the house.
